Become a Strong Kids Volunteer for the
26th Annual Strong Kids Safe Kids Festival
The festival will take place Saturday, August 21st at the Chemung County Fairgrounds, rain or shine. As a volunteer, you will be a major asset to your community, you will be exposed to new experiences, and you will meet new people all while having fun!
Sample of Available Volunteer Positions available:
- Set up and Tear down: Help with chairs, tables, tents, agency placement etc.
- Food Booths: Help us sell hot dogs and drinks to festival goers
- Agencies/Participants Assistant: Distribute water to participating agencies
- Festival Monitors: Walk among the festival to see if anyone needs a break from their booth or if anyone has any questions/needs anything
- Beautification: Assist in keeping the festival clean and beautiful for all
- Activity Attendants: Volunteers are needed to staff some of the activities at the festival such as the Bobby K inflatables.
If you are interested in volunteering simply download the volunteer registration packet and return the registration form to us via mail, email, or fax to the Attn of Carol Allerd at 607-735-3569. We are excited you are joining in this rewarding experience and will contact you promptly upon receipt.
